Our Pastoral Search Team is currently engaged in prayerfully seeking the next Lead Pastor for FBC.  We are excited for this current period of membership growth as we work together to follow our commissioning  to "... go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit ...," Matthew 28: 19-20.

After 36 years in law enforcement, Jim was called to put his experience and knowledge to work for the Kingdom as FBC's Operations Minister and Superintendent of Siloam Christian School.

Jim and his wife Sheila have 6 children and 14 grandchildren. He holds Masters Degrees in Education with emphasis in Administration and Curriculum & Instruction. He is a veteran of the United States Army and Air Force, and a retired law enforcement executive. Jim graduated from the University of the Southwest, which grew out of New Mexico Baptist College. He taught classes as adjunct faculty there prior to moving to Arkansas and has served as the founding Head of School for two Christian schools in the local area.

We’re Bobby and Steph Martin - Worship Ministers at FBC Siloam. We’ve played music together for a long time – in bands, in church, and sometimes just because we enjoy it so much! Our goal is to use our gifts to help others focus on worshiping our Amazing God and to draw people closer to Him. We are so blessed to be able to do this at FBC Siloam! Bobby is an artist and art professor at JBU, and Steph can usually be found crafting, baking or spending time with grandkids.

Lisa and her family have been a part of FBC Siloam Springs since they moved here from Wisconsin in 2015. Lisa and her husband, Jason, have been married for 25 years and have 4 children: Tim, Jake, Shayla, and Lexi. They also have 2 sweet tuxedo cats named Cupcake and Sprinkles. Lisa loves sharing Bible truths with kids of all ages and her favorite part of ministry is when the lightbulb goes off and they start to understand just how amazing God is. Watching them grow in their relationship with God is the absolute best. Outside of ministry, Lisa enjoys running, music, crafts, gardening, and photography. As a family they love hiking and exploring new places together.

Tim has been at FBC Siloam Springs since 2015 and has been leading our youth since the summer of 2020. He and his wife Bethany love having the privilege of pouring into students and seeing them grow closer to the Lord! In his free time, Tim loves spending time with his sons, Liam and Lincoln, exploring nature, playing guitar, and watching basketball.

Mel leads our adult choir which sings once a month on Sunday mornings. He has been in music and choir ministry along with his wife, Jan, serving the church faithfully at churches in New Mexico and Georgia.
